Brain DumpType anything, then “Sort with AI” files each line automatically
Top 3 PrioritiesYour 3 most important focus items (capped at 3)
AppointmentsThings tied to a time or place; add a date/time
Natural datesIn Brain Dump or Appointments, type dates/times like “next Friday”, “June 25”, “Thursday at 3pm”, “2pm to 4pm” — the item is filed on that day (today or future) and appears in the calendar & that day's planner. A time without am/pm (“at 8”) assumes the same half of the day it is when you add it
Active TasksOne-and-done tasks with a clear finish line
Passive TasksOngoing projects you return to over time
